Return Policy;
20% Restocking fee on all uninstalled or unopened items. Buyer pays return shipping. All items that show signs of installation or used, refund will not be granted. All items must have original packaging for refund to be granted. Shipping cost paid by customers are not refundable. Free shipping is for one time only, if product gets return to our facilities due to wrong address, unable to forwarded or any other circumstances, a shipping fee will apply to send the product for the second time. We are not responsible for wrong address given during a check out process. We do not change shipping address, otherwise indicated from the buyer. If address was requested to be change out after package was mail out, we are not responsible for lost mail due to wrong address.

Customer Responsibility;
We are not responsible for any mis-read description, you must read all item description to obtain the information that a customer needs for the item been purchased. If you are not sure if the item you are purchasing fits your appliance, please send us message or call us with your appliance model number so we can help you getting the right part for your appliance. 

Free Expedited Shipping;
All orders get ship via USPS Expedited Shipping Service. Tracking number for every order is provided via text message or email, depending on the type of check out provided by the customer. We shipped all items same day if order is placed before 15:00 MST, otherwise it will get shipped out next business day. 3 Day delivery applies to business days only, weekends and holidays are excluded. If order is refused by the customer, a shipping of $6.99 will be deducted from the total amount refunded, for handling fees. Free shipping is for one time only, all other items that required to sent back to the customer for the 2nd time, due to not been our error a Shipping Fee Will Apply. 

Returns And Warranties
Item must be return to our facilities before we can do an return or warranty. Prove of purchased is required to do an exchange or warranty swap. We recommend to email or call us for any return before you sent an item back to our facilities. We are not responsible if we don’t receive your item, due to shipping errors or wrong documentation. Model number and serial number of your appliance is required on some of our products to claim an exchange or a warranty. If a product was purchased as a gift, purchaser can only claim a warranty or defective item. All returns made must be sent to the address below:
