 Return Policy;

*Product can be return within 30 days from date of purchased.

*Product must be in the original packaging to honor any return.

*Some of our products carry a 20% restocking fee.

*We require model number and serial number on some of our products to claim an exchange or warranty.

*Purchaser can only claim a warranty or defective item if it was send as a gift.

*Shipping cost are non- refundable if was paid by customer.

*Free shipping is only for one time only

*If item gets return to our facility due to wrong address, you will be charge a shipping fee to mail it back to the correct address.

*Buyer pays for shipping if item needs to be return to our facility.

* We do not change mailing address, otherwise indicated from the buyer.

*If address was requested to be change out after package was mail out, we are not responsible for lost mail due to wrong address.

 Non-Returnable Items

*Electrical Parts that have been installed or open.

*Products that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

*Products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

*Products that we received after the 30 day period from the date of purchased.

*Products that are on clearance or final sales.

 Exchange or Warranty

*Exchange or Warranty will apply only if item is defective or damaged.

*Prove of purchased is required to do an exchange or warranty swap.

*Item must be return to our facilities before we can do an exchange or warranty.

*Returns or Exchange of goods authorization form is require to do an exchange or warranty.

*Do not return an item to our facility, unless you have talk to us over the phone or email.

*We are not responsible if we don’t receive your item, due to shipping errors or wrong documentation.

*We recommend using a tracking number with any return and insure your product for any wrong shipping process.
