  • 30 Day Return Policy

You can return your order within 30 days from receiving the item. Item must be in its original condition it was received for a full refund. All electronic control boards are not returnable, only can be exchange no exceptions (Manufacturer guide lines). 

Model number and serial number of your appliance is required on all OEM parts due to manufacturer guide lines to claim an exchange or return of a product. This information must be obtain to received a refund.

Your are fully cover by our money back guarantee if you received an item that is not describe on our listings. Colors may vary and will not apply as manufacturers change colors every so often. 
  • Free Return Shipping

Do not worry we got you cover, we will paid for your return shipping label. Help us by sending a copy of your sales receipt obtained during checkout or emailed, along with the item been returned to help us identify your order and avoid any delays on your refund. Click here to return your product. 

  • 2 Day & Same Day Shipping

Two day shipping available for most of the state of Arizona only at the moment. Same day shipping available for the Valley of the Sun only.

  • Cancel Order

If you need to cancel your order, please send us a message through our web page to do so. If your order has left our facilities, a refund will be put on hold until we received the item back to our facilities. Click here to cancel your order

  • Tracking Number

A tracking number for the order will be email to the customer provided during checkout, once the order is in process for shipment.

  • Shipping Information

All orders placed after 3 pm get shipped the next business day, Monday through Friday. We only ship on weekdays, holidays and weekends are excluded. We offer shipping services through USPS, UPS and FedEx.

  • Restocking fee

Up to fifty percent restocking fee will apply, if you return a product that has been installed or used. Any shipping paid by the customer is not refundable unless is the company mistake.  

  • Customer Responsibility

You must read all item description to obtain the information that a customer needs for the item been purchased. If you are not sure if the item you are purchasing fits your appliance, please send us a message with your appliance model number so we can help you getting the right part for your appliance. 

  • Local Customers

We do not offer walk in customer to our warehouse at the moment. All orders must get ship. 

  • Warranty

All items carry a full 1 year limited warranty  by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost to return the item back to us, if required by the manufacturer. After us receiving your item, please allow up to 48 hours to get process. 

Please send a message through the "contact us" tab to received instructions on how to proceed with the warranty replacement. 

To help expedite the process of your warranty, a copy of your sales receipt must be sent to identify your order. Otherwise your order can be put on hold until we locate the corrrect information for the item received. 

When seding the item back to our facilites, we recommend using a tracking number with any return and insured your product for any wrong shipping process. We are not responsible for lost mail.
