If you are tax exempt and would like to be exempt from sales tax and live in Arizona you need to send us your AZ Form 5000A or tax exempt certificate from the state you are locate in, to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we received and verify the information on the forms, we will exempt you from sales taxes.
Any tax paid before submitting the tax exempt forms are not refundable. You will need to contact your local tax agency.
