Kenmore wall oven won't heat or come on

Hello, 
You have to check your bake element for continuity, if you have continuity, next check for 220 V sent from your main board or thermostat to the bake element: 
If bake element have continuity then most likely your main board or thermostat is defective. 
If you get 220V from main board or thermostat most likely your bake element is defective.
